I have been dealing with the worst customer service from a world famous communications company. Finally, they show up 3 weeks later and their tech. takes only 10 minutes to resolve the problem and leaves. With My Plumber, I didn't have to wait 45 minutes on the phone and navigate through convoluted voice prompts and useless call centers. I called 4 plumbers on the Friday afternoon before July 4th 2009. My Plumber was the only one to call back the same day! The tech came, diagnosed our leaking water heater as needing replacement, got a new w/h, installed it, and was done in less than 3 hours. All for a comparable price to a "normal"
service call. Your guys should wear capes!

The technician was one of the best plumbers you’ve sent. He understood the problem from my cryptic layman’s description. He gave me choices—a less expensive one that would fix the immediate problem, and a more expensive one, to replace the entire toilet. He also explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. (I chose to replace the entire toilet)

I want to commend your employee, Rodney Holmes, who completed a job a competitor of yours, who after three hours on Friday failed to complete to job. In fact, the plumber was in a quandary on how to unstop the back-to-back drains, did not have the proper equipment on the truck, and individuals at the office to whom he spoke did not send anyone out to bring that equipment. They rescheduled for Monday morning and left us for two days without being able to take a shower.
Rodney arrived and displayed the confidence and perseverance to complete the job. Not only that when he needed additional equipment, other technicians arrived with it and helped. The job was not easy, but frustrating, and hot.
After two hours of finessing the cable, he unclogged the drains, but still had a broken cable to retrieve from the drain. Two hours later and exhausted, he was successful. As tired as he was, he made sure the areas were as clean as they were when he first began his work.
You have one good employee and I would appreciate it that this fact be brought to Wendell's attention. Because of him, you can expect repeat business from me.

We are Air Force and have moved around several times now, and have bought new homes and lived in older homes.
