Chris had been to my house once before, but not to try and find my lost wedding rings, his thoroughness, thoughtfulness and understanding went way beyond that of the average employee. When I first called in, your service staff quickly arranged an emergency appointment - Chris arrived an hour later and one of two rings were excavated from my drain pipes.
