No changes. On 10/21/06 Don Hollenbeck came out to check a toilet
leak - diagnosis was old toilet needed to be replaced. I purchased a new toilet
and Don came back on 11/13/06 to install. At that time I asked him some questions
about our well pressure coming into the house. Don explained how the pressure
switch works. Don came back out on 12/4/06 to replace our well switch (PSI 40/60).
Having more water pressure is certainly a pleasure. I would like to express my
deep appreciation to Don for all the wonderful work he did. He even tolerated my
many questions. He is very professional, thoughtful, neat, on-time, and has a
wonderful work ethic. I want to thank My Plumber for hiring such nice, talented
individuals such as Don Hollenbeck. You won my business over with my 1st
experience in Sep with the installation of the Water Right system that Steve

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the
excellent service we have just received from one of your
representatives. John came out to our home at the time he was
expected, surveyed the areas of concern, and immediately told us what
needed to be done. We have had other plumbers come out to look at our
problems, and none of them told us how to correct the problems that we
have been having over the past 20 years so the problems escalated.
John was very courteous and professional, and if we have problems
arise in the future, he is the one who we would like to come out to
our home again.
