  • “On Thursday, October 24, I called My Plumber to let them know that I heard a banging noise when my toilet flushed. Patrick Moore arrived and indicated that the banging noise was not my toilet, but a pipe in my building. He unfortunately, had to return to my residence on Friday, October 25, being the he did not have the invoice form needed to submit payment to My Plumber for Wells Fargo Financing Credit Card. On Friday, October 25, Patrick was able to replace the to to tank to the bowel kit and noticed the supply line was dead and gave me the supply line as complimentary. I noticed over the weekend, there was a small amount of leaking, and called My Plumber on Sunday, October 27, and asked that Patrick Moore please return to correct the problem.     “I randomly called "MyPlumber" on 4/20/18 because we are reconstructing after a major disaster flood on 1/2/18. We were having trouble with water pressure and a very slow draining shower.
