Hidden gem of a company indeed! Ten stars! I wish more companies of identical caliber existed. Contacted 2 well-known competitors initially. Both plumbers could not accommodate my emergency same day. And in-fact one of them even advertised “same day ...service.” THANKFULLY “My Plumber” not only answered the call but promised to arrive within hours—-which they actually arrived much sooner! The spectacular service didn’t end there, though. Jeff the capable and friendly technician arrived first to diagnose the most emergent issue. Exceptional integrity, as Jeff indicated the remaining issues were complex and should be assessed by his field supervisor, John Tomsko. Soon thereafter, John arrived on-site eager to access all issued and make appropriate recommendations. Very thorough and detail-oriented, which made the process much more streamline and easy for me to comprehend. Unfortunately, a majority of the plumbing issues were things that simply could not wait and required immediate attention. Not only did John provide a detailed diagnosis, but he provided various price-point options, based upon urgency and budget, respectively. At no time was I pressured into purchasing equipment or service that were not necessary. Even more impressive was John provided proof video and photographs, which was not only intriguing but also set my mind at-ease that there were genuine issues occurring. In a society of “hurry up, hustle and pay” it’s so incredibly refreshing to be gifted such a knowledgeable, sensible and above-all honest plumber. John’s patience and his gentle demeanor with the less experienced tech’s truly warmed by heart. I can clearly see why John has been with the company 15-years! He really knows a bit about plumbing indeed. My mind is finally at ease knowing a majority of my plumbing needs were met.
