LIMITED WARRANTY

MY PLUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY WORK MARKED “NO WARRANTY” ON THE FACE HEROF, ANY SUCH WORK IS PERFORMED “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Otherwise, My Plumber provides the following Limited Warranty on the Work:

  • Cleaning of Residential Secondary Sewer Lines & Drains
  • Cleaning of Residential Main Sewer Lines
  • Installation of New Residential Water Heater
  • Repair of Water Heater
  • Installation of New Water Service
  • Installation of New Sewer Line
  • Installation of New Faucet
  • Repair of Faucet
  • Installation Of New Water Closet
  • General Plumbing Repair
  • General HVAC Repair
  • Installation of New HVAC Equipment
  • Home Service Plan Inspection
  • Remodel & Renovation

Period of Coverage:

Warranty coverage begins when the Work is completed and runs for the specified period with respect to the particular type of Work as indicated above under “What is Covered”.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
