Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They will treat your home with the respect it deserves and complete the job with speed and precision. They will wear floor savers, use drop cloths, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your complete satisfaction. They will not swear, or smoke in your home and they are polite and courteous. When they are finished in your home, if they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

*Famous “No-Lemon” Guarantee

We recognize that not every manufactured piece of equipment is 100% perfect all of the time. Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical value they have invested in, we offer our famous “No Lemon” Guarantee. Simply stated if the compressor in your air conditioner should fail or the heat exchanger in your furnace should crack, or your water heater ruptures in the first five years of ownership, we will remove the “lemon” and install a completely new one.

MY PLUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY WORK MARKED “NO WARRANTY” ON THE FACE HEREOF, ANY SUCH WORK IS PERFORMED “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Period of Coverage:
Warranty coverage begins when the Work is completed and runs for the specified period with respect to the particular type of Work as indicated above under “What is Covered”.
