We agree to accept responsibility for your complete satisfaction with the material we use and the workmanship provided by us and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service, our people, or for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make it right and correct the problem to your satisfaction… or you don’t pay.

We recognize that not every manufactured piece of equipment is 100% perfect all of the time. Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical value they have invested in, we offer our famous “No Lemon” Guarantee. Simply stated if the compressor in your air conditioner should fail or the heat exchanger in your furnace should crack, or your water heater ruptures in the first five years of ownership, we will remove the “lemon” and install a completely new one.

MY PLUMBER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY WORK MARKED “NO WARRANTY” ON THE FACE HEREOF, ANY SUCH WORK IS PERFORMED “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Period of Coverage:
Warranty coverage begins when the Work is completed and runs for the specified period with respect to the particular type of Work as indicated above under “What is Covered”.
